Method Detail

emit

void emit(NetworkId networkId,
          OutboundPacket packet)

Decides which instance should emit the packet and forwards the packet to that instance. The relevant PacketManager is notified via the PacketStoreDelegate that it should emit the packet.

Parameters:

networkId - a virtual network identifier

packet - the packet to emit

requestPackets

void requestPackets(NetworkId networkId,
                    PacketRequest request)

Requests intercept of packets that match the given selector.

Parameters:

networkId - a virtual network identifier

request - a packet request

cancelPackets

void cancelPackets(NetworkId networkId,
                   PacketRequest request)

Cancels intercept of packets that match the given selector.

Parameters:

networkId - a virtual network identifier

request - a packet request

existingRequests

List<PacketRequest> existingRequests(NetworkId networkId)

Obtains all existing requests in the system.

Parameters:

networkId - a virtual network identifier

Returns:

list of packet requests in order of priority
